The 2010 IMPACT Awards were launched on 1st July to provide core funding for small health charities in the UK.
Up to 20 awards are made each year – ten winners receive £25,000, highly commended and runners’ up receive £5,000 and £3,000. A new development for the awards is that now all the winning and highly commended organisations (15 organisations) receive extra training, valued at an additional £3,500 for each organisation.
The training covers areas such as finance, fundraising, Human Resource management and a wide range of different leadership skills.
