Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnerships (RIEPS) will soon have a pool of advisers available for Local Authorities and their strategic partners to draw on to help improve the delivery of services identified in their Local Area Agreements (LAAs).
The advisers will be called Local Improvement Advisers (LIAs) and will specialise in many different areas including digital inclusion. LIAs will be available later this year – to access an adviser, local authorities or their partners must contact their RIEP and request one – there is no cost attached to this.
Digital inclusion is a cross cutting agenda impacting widely on local service delivery. Advisers who are available to help and build capacity in Local Authorities will use a vast range of tools to assist local authorities to improve local services to meet local needs.
For more information on how an adviser can help you and your strategic partners contact Sharna Quirke at The Roundbox Group: info@roundboxgroup.co.uk . Sharna can help you identify how an adviser might benefit your business and put you in touch with the RIEP in your region.
